Katie Harris, a Pinnacle Health Dietitian visits The POD

October 1, 2024

Today’s we welcomed guest speaker, Katie Harris, a Pinnacle Health Dietitian, to The POD. Katie assisted some of our team today to prepare for the 2025 Great Wall of China Marathon. Katie was introduced to us by our amazing Pinnacle Health Coaches, Marion and Nicole, who have been keeping track of our health and fitness progress.

During today’s wānanga, Katie spoke about the importance of food selection and shared helpful tips on what to be mindful of when purchasing your Kai (food). It was a fantastic session that left us surprised, and with plenty to think about in terms of making healthier food choices.

If you’d like to connect with Katie, you can reach her at katie.harris@pinnacle.health.nz. She’s an amazing individual who is here to support your Nutritional journey. Mauri Ora!
